Golden Temple - India

Posted by Scott Rippee (Fresno, United States) on 25 March 2010 in Cityscape & Urban.

The whole experience at Golden Temple was pretty amazing. I felt very welcome there and took part in Langar, where food is served to anyone who comes for free. Inside of the temple was especially beautiful with spiritual music and singing. Photographs were not allowed to be taken inside.

Thanks for the visit. Your comments, critiques, and suggestions are more than welcome!

Fabulous frame Scott, but some odd angles, the two appear to be leaning away from each other (unless my eyes are playing tricks).

@Curly: Curly, thanks for the comments. There's no need for a visit to the eye doctor. :) I was a bit frustrated with the angles myself. I think the reflection adds to the "away from each other" appearance. I rotated it slightly clockwise in post processing, which I liked better, but when I did so it was adding some blur to the photo so I left it at the original angle.
